1. How do I place an order and what payment methods do you accept?
Add the items that you wish to purchase into your shopping Basket and proceed to the Checkout. You can then choose to create an account or checkout as a Guest. Once you have entered your details, you can pay for your order using either SagePay or PayPal and choose the preferred postage. There is no minimum order and our postage charges are £2.50 for UK orders up to £35 and FREE POSTAGE on UK orders over £35 !! Non-UK orders are shipped according to weight.

3. Will the website save my cart if I log off?
The website will save your cart and it will be there the next time you log on, provided that you are using the same computer/browser and have not blocked the acceptance of 'cookies'.

5. I am trying to place an order but get postage from the 'Rest of the World'. I live in the UK. What's wrong?
You need to log into your account and update your address details. Even if your details say your country is 'UK', please re-select it and save them for the website. The address in your address book must have the correct county and country. If you are not sure what to do, please contact us and we will update your profile for you.
6. What are your delivery charges?
Our postage charges are based upon the total value of your order. UK orders up to £35 cost only £2.50. UK orders over £35 have FREE P&P!
Delivery for international orders is based upon the weight of your order.
7. How do you ship orders?
We ship orders everday from Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We ship UK orders by First Class, Special Delivery and ParcelForce. If you require next day delivery, please choose Special Delivery at the Checkout. We ship international orders by AirMail or International Signed For. Please choose International Signed For if you require a tracked service.
