1.  How do I place an order and what payment types to you accept?

Add the items that you would you purchase into your shopping basket and proceed to Checkout.  You can then chose to create an account or checkout as a Guest.  Once you have entered your details, you can pay for your order using either SagePay or PayPal.  There is no minimum order and our postage charges are £1.99 for UK orders up to £35 and FREE POSTAGE on UK orders over £35!!

 

2.  Why should I create an account?

Create an account with us and you'll be able to:

• Check out faster
• Save multiple shipping addresses
• Access your order history
• Track new orders
• Save items to your wish list

 

3.  Will the website save my cart if I log off?

The website will save your cart and it will be there the next time you log on, provided that you are using the same computer.

 

4.  I was registered on your old site.  Will my user name and password work on your new site?

Please re-register on our new website.

 

5.  I am trying to place an order but get postage from the 'Rest of the World'.  I live in the UK.  What's wrong?

You need to log into your account and update your address details.  Even if your details say your county and 'UK', please update them for the website.  The address in your address book must have the correct county and country. If you are not sure what to do, please contact us and we will update your profile for you.

 

6. What are your delivery charges?

Our postage charges are based upon the total value of your order.  UK orders from £0 to £35 are only £1.99.  UK orders over £35 have FREE P&P! 

Delivery for international orders is based upon the weight of your order.

 

7.  How do you ship orders?

We ship orders everday from Monday to Friday.  Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday.  We ship UK orders by First Class, Special Delivery and ParcelForce.  If you require next day delivery, please chose Special Delivery at Checkout.   We ship international orders by AirMail or International Signed For.  Please chose International Signed For if you require a tracked service.

 

8.  Can I change the currency on the website from GBP to either Euros or USD?

Yes, you can.  The currency converter will appear on each product page.

 

9. What type of glue do you use to stick the Swarovki rivolis into the TierraCast rivoli frames?

We would recommend that you use a two-part epoxy that you can find at places like B&Q, Homebase, etc.  Mix the glue according to the instructions on the pack and put it into the rivoli frame.  Insert the rivoli and let dry.  It is very easy and produces stunning jewellery.
