Our loyalty scheme has four levels: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond.  Each level receives a different discount.

Once you have reached a level during the course of the calendar year (January to December), we will notify you by email and assign you a discount code.  This code can then be used on all future orders to obtain your discount. When you have reached the next level, you will receive a new code.  For example, once you have spent over £500 with us during a calendar year, you will receive a discount of 5%, which may then be used on all future orders for that year.

Customers who are part of the loyalty scheme will also have their orders posted the same day and receive other specials during the year, such as gifts, special offers, free samples and more! 

THE SCHEME IS BACKDATED TO THE START OF THIS YEAR AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO SIGN UP.  WE KEEP TRACK FOR YOU.

Customers are only eligible for discounts if they are regular beadshoppers and registered on The Bead Store website.  Registration is necessary in order for the website to track your orders.  Orders placed as 'guest' or 'anonymous' are not tracked and will unfortunately not be counted towards your overall discount. 

• Discounts are for the current calendar year only and amounts do not carry over to the next year.
• Only one discount code can be used at a time; this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers.
• The loyalty scheme code is not transferrable.  Any customer found to have transferred their code to another person, or is ordering for another person, will be removed from the loyalty scheme.
