There is no minimum order amount. We accept payment by most major Credit/Debit cards via the highly secure encrypted SagePay payment gateway or the popular PayPal service. We do not store any of your card details on our servers.
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave, an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. Sage Pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance.
We ship to virtually any address in the world.
There is no minimum order and the postage is £2.50 for UK orders up to £35 in goods value.
UK orders over £35 in goods value are posted for FREE.
Overseas orders are charged according to weight, using Royal Mail rates.
We try and post all orders within 1-2 business days but this is not guaranteed. During promotions or busy periods, it may take a little longer. If you need a guaranteed next day delivery, please choose the Special Delivery option at Checkout.
We post all orders by First Class Royal Mail post. Additional rates are charged if "Recorded Signed For" delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce in the UK. A signature is required for orders posted by Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Parcelforce.
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your MY ACCOUNT area of our website, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu (on the right). Then click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
